This morning, I astral projected once again, after meditating for about an hour on making myself astral project. I call it an “astral projection” because I think the term is more accurate, but some might call it a vision. Through meditation, I have astral projected many times in the last year but have gained very little useful information from them. So only a very small number are recorded on this site.

Indeed, the philosophy of astral projection is at odds with my theology. Most people who astral project believe in the new age and think that they are expanding their consciousness. However, as Christians we know that you can’t “control” God and force him to give you a spiritual experience, no matter how much you meditate. Therefore, I believe that most astral projections are only people accessing the plane wherein lives demonic entities, and such entities then proceed to try to deceive the astral projector into leaving Christianity for fables.

Nevertheless, I can’t help but think there is a link between all the revelatory experiences I have had and my ability to astral project. Could it be that there really is a “psychic gift” that some people have and can cultivate with practice, which grants greater access to the divine? Indeed, almost all of my visions recorded here have been very similar to astral projections, and some of them were seemingly induced by similar to astral projection techniques – such as Vision of the Book of Mormon. Ultimately, I am still very curious about astral projection and that I guess is why I still sometimes astral project.

Steps to Induce the Astral Projection

I attempted to astral project because I was seeking answers on how much I should work on this site. I have spent a lot of time trying to explain doctrine here, nevertheless, I feel my work has been insufficient – and I have a long list of problems with things I have said that I would like to fix.

Therefore, to prompt this astral projection, I imagined I was on a balcony in a dark auditorium. I reached out into the darkness across a deep chasm towards another balcony. I imagined a hand with a piece of paper full of instructions on the other balcony reaching towards my hand. I kept imagining reaching as far out as I could and sort of bracing my legs against the railing to reach further – I also imagined my spiritual body somehow reaching out even further than my physical body.

I also repeated mantras in my head – some prayers, but mostly just repeating that I want to leave my body to receive instructions.

What I saw

As usual, it started with feeling energy soaring through my body – upon which I knew it was working. Then I was pulled out of my body. At first I just drifted through the cabin I was staying in, before being pulled upwards through the roof and high into the sky.

I saw two angels on either side of my cabin. They both were wearing white robes and were blond. The one on the east side was standing up, and the other on the west side was lying down.

At a great height I remember thinking that the world looked very green and beautiful, and seemed almost cute and childlike.

It felt like I was being pulled to some destination – however then the vision ended, leaving me disappointed.

It’s also worth noting that everything I saw in the dream was exactly how it is in real life, down to the weather, which was sunny.

Questions

So, it’s very unclear what I was supposed to learn from this. And my question regarding how much I should work on this site remains unanswered. Was I on the way to a heavenly realm where I would receive these answers, but I somehow just didn’t make it all the way, perhaps because I did something wrong like losing focus, or wasn’t fully spiritually ready? Or was this some sort of confirmation that angels were looking after me and that everything would be OK?
