“Rafflesia arnoldii, also known as the “corpse flower,” is a species of flowering plant that is native to the rainforests of Sumatra and Borneo in Indonesia. This flower is known for its large size and unique strong smell, which is often compared to that of rotting flesh, which is why it is often referred to as the “corpse flower.” This smell is used to attract pollinators, such as flies, to the flower.
One of the most striking features of Rafflesia arnoldii is its size. The flower can grow up to three feet in diameter and can weigh up to 15 pounds. It is the largest flower in the world, and its size is even more impressive when considering that the plant has no leaves, stems, or roots.
The Rafflesia arnoldii has a very specific host plant, the Tetrastigma vine, which it lives as a parasite. The plant grows in the host’s stem and when it’s ready to bloom, it pushes out a huge flower from the host’s stem. Rafflesia arnoldil is considered a rare and endangered species. The destruction of its rainforest habitat is the biggest threat to the survival of the species. Additionally, overcollection of the flower for use in traditional medicine and as a decorative plant have also contributed to its decline.
The Indonesian government has taken steps to protect the Rafflesia arnoldii by declaring it a protected species and creating national parks and conservation areas to preserve its habitat. Despite these efforts, the population of the flower remains small and it is considered a critically endangered species.”
A Creepy Dream to Scare you Straight
In the dream, I was at some sort of family gathering in the downtown Salt Lake or Provo area (I don’t know exactly which city). I went into a bathroom and saw that the skin and bone of my scalp was sort of loose, and I could slightly pull it up and see my brain as well as electronics inside my skull. I then told my dad, saying I had been in an accident and that could have caused this injury.
There was then this horrifying animatronic creature which came out of the vents and closed the door in the bathroom, trapping us inside. It was perhaps 8 feet tall and covered in blades and circular saws. It then spoke about locking us in there and punishing us over a protracted period of time – days – for something we did.
So, I prayed for Christ to deliver me, and that apparently work. The monster let me go and I walked out of the bathroom, though beforehand it cruelly and briefly toyed with me by pretending to let me go but not doing so. However, my dad was not so lucky.
My dad tried to dart out the door just after me, but the monster grabbed him and stopped him from leaving. The monster was very fast. It seemed like he was going to cut off pieces of my dad’s body for a period of days, but my dad then punched it and broke out to run away. But this only enraged the beast, which chased after and said that because of what my dad did, it was going to give my dad the worst avatar it had. In just a period of a few seconds, it pinned my dad and, blades moving too fast to see, cut off his arms and legs and attached all of this metal and plastic to his tightly folded body, leaving him looking like this weird metal and plastic sphere that could roll around – but with no other bodily functions like speech.
It then placed a button in front of him, saying the button would call family. My “dad” then started rolling towards it, as if to somehow press it. However, I guessed that the button wouldn’t actually do this and the creature confirmed my guess valid. Instead, the button merely played prerecorded messages seemingly from family but not, and summoned weird Smurf-like creatures which I think taunted us.
Symbolism
People sometimes depict demonic entities as being “dark but cool” or “capable of reason” or “tricky, but not always evil”. But this dream (and others of mine) show that these creatures are completely evil and too far gone.
A symbol in my dreams is that Satan wants to alter our bodies – I guess so that we no longer appear in the image of God. This symbol is accentuated by the concept of amputating people’s limbs (see also Politicians Lie, Genetically Engineered God King, Nightmares, and a Gleaming City) – which emphasizes how Satan wants to remove our ability to act and completely change us from how God created us.
Another theme in my dreams is of demonic entities taking the form of robots, symbolizing how AI and technology will be part of Satan’s kingdom.
The button in the dream represents how Satan wants to take away our families and replace them with hollow mockeries (and I assume the Smurf like creatures were demons). The family is ordained of God, so it makes sense that he would do this.
Another interesting note: in the dream, the creature said it was giving my dad its worst “avatar”. Perhaps, Satan hopes to govern his kingdom by promising better bodies to more obedient servants? And I guess we should generally be suspicious of those things called avatars which seek to replace our bodies….
Deliverance from Satan
In the dream, I was able to escape from the animatronic by simply praying to God. So, let that be a blueprint: prayer can save us, and when combatting the adversary will be more affected than shows of strength (which my dad tried and failed to use to escape).
However, for our prayers to truly be effective, we must seek God before our tribulations start. Our goal should be to become elect, and if we only seek God when times are hard, then we are not elect. The scriptures clearly delineate that the prayers of those who ignored the things of God during peace time will not be heard when desolation comes.
It’s sad that my prayer apparently only saved me and not my dad.

My Forehead in the Dream
In the dream, I was under the impression that the real reason my forehead was messed up was because of the animatronic creature. And to be specific, it looked like the top of my scull had been removed so that they could alter my brain, after which they had tried to sow back on the top of my head.
I think this represents how Satan uses technology to alter my brain processes, and I assume this is true for you, my reader, as well. And of course, when we sin, that also opens up the door for his influence.
New Zealand
I dreamt of attending a congregation in New Zealand, just north of Wellington. I was told by someone there that New Zealand had had three growth spurts in church membership, and it was currently in the third; they then pointed out that just in that valley were two different congregations. It’s hard to say if this dream is of the future or the present.
In the dream, we also discussed fertility; the person I talked to in the congregation had had a lot of kids, and I supported this.
I also remember that someone in the congregation said that America should be a place where Christians can flee to – which in the dream struck me as naïve. Yet this is true: America is indeed a land ordained of God to be a land of freedom and refuge for the saints, so long as the people follow God (the Book of Mormon discusses this extensively). And in fact many of my ancestors did come to America because they sought religious freedom. But this is also why America will be destroyed first – because despite their privileges, Americans have largely turned away from Him and distorted His word. In the future, this will again be true with the establishment of the New Jerusalem on the American continent.
Rebels against Dark forces Controlling Parts of America

I dreamt that the forces of darkness had taken over (at least) much of the American Midwest but were in a fight for North Dakota. These dark forces apparently were taxing around one fifth or one sixth, and taking about the same proportion of the land. The rebels in North Dakota were called the alliance, and included (I think) the 144,000, but also these people who were similar to terrorists who burned down mosques [meaning I guess the forces of darkness had erected Mosques].
In my notes, I also wrote, “they also had taken over England and were doing something there related to 5-6 or 6-7 which [is] related to parliament seats”. I think I meant the forces of darkness when I wrote “they”, but I am not totally sure.
Also, the saints were trying to establish another refuge around the Yunnan China region, with warfare going on all around there.
I then woke up from this dream into another dream, in a room in which two of my relatives were also sleeping. These two reported having the same dream as me, and I remember commenting that the enemies should know that it is hopeless because we have the 144,000. I then then listened to this YouTube video which was about 5-6 or 6-7 (I couldn’t remember which when I woke up), and these numbers seemed important.
After this, I dreamt of playing this game where I took care of sheep. In the game, I would let the sheep in and out of pens, build up walls to stop lions, and click to stop lions from jumping over the walls.

It’s funny that in the dream I felt like writing down 6-7. At the time, I hadn’t heard of the 6-7 meme and was confused by this numbering. But now, I wonder, could 6-7 be a reference to the meme and thus the demonic?
