In this essay I aim to outline the various technologies which could potentially be used to influence or control people’s minds. It is my belief that these technologies will be involved in the mark of the beast, and so my hope is that in writing this article I can warn people against these technologies.

The most obvious technology is Neural Link, so let me caution you, my dear reader: if neural link can send signals to the brain (such as restoring vision to blind patients for which it is developing protypes) and can read signals from the brain, then the following would be possible: continuously scan brain for undesirable thoughts, and once they are felt, then deliver a sensation of pain, and similarly unendingly scan for preferred thoughts and once they are felt, then deliver a sense of pleasure.

The second important tech is voice to skull: per the patents discussed in this essay, this can be done in different ways, but the essential idea is that this technology allows sending voices into a person’s brain which are imperceptible to anyone else.

Another important technology involves reading the internal dialogue of a person. One way to do this is to measure the nearly imperceptible movements of their tongues, which works because people always have microscopic muscle movements in their mouth reflecting the dialogue in their heads – thus, if you could measure the muscle movements of their mouths, you could exactly reconstruct the dialogue in their minds (patent US20190074012A1). However, there again appears to be various ways of doing this, and the spreadsheet of patents discusses this technology further.

In general, there appears to be a great many different technologies for remotely reading brain states, or transmitting brain states and emotions into subjects – which is all very worrying. I suppose the game plan for the enemy is to implement these technologies on an immense scale across the population with the help of AI and datacenters.

Finally, much of the information in this essay comes from Get Up N Glow, so much of the credit for this goes to her. Get Up N Glow also discusses directed energy weapons (DEW), which isn’t really the topic of this essay, but yes – there appears to be advanced technology which incapacitates people through magnetic waves either from a distance or as a handheld weapon (see the tables of patents from below).

Also, I only am writing this essay because I thought I was told to write it in a dream that I had on March 31, 2026.

Mind Control Technologies

These two spreadsheets list patents which are said to facilitate mind control (table 1, table 2). In summary, these patents allow nearly all forms of mind control – here are some quotes:

• Alters mood, emotion, sleep states via remotely applied frequencies and wave forms. Presents subliminal auditory information to the human via remotely applied wave.
• Remotely identifies individuals by brainwave signature; monitors words, phrases, and thoughts by brain activity.
• Makes voices emanate from individuals who do not intend or realize it. “Ventriloquist Effect”.
• Remotely cause individual to hear voices via EMF waves ‐ imperceptible to anyone else. Controls brain state by placing engineered EMF patterns into the AC wiring of a building.
• Induce desired brain state in person by adding waves into a music file. [there are actually a whole bunch of patents about manipulating music files to alter brain states]
• Manipulation subject brain waves via frequencies emanating from computer and TV screens.
• Induces desired emotional state through remote EMFs. E.g., sleepiness, sexual arousal.
• Monitors subject neurological condition via EMFs remotely aimed at the skin.
• Controls subject brainwaves by shining a modulated light signal into the subject’s eyes.
• Controls mental state of subjects by adding imperceptible subliminal messaging to audio signals. Superimposes subliminal imaging onto a subject’s existing television signal.
• Apparatus for remote neural control of subjects via an implanted RF circuit Remotely reads brain waves, sends back response to achieve desired brain state.
• Causes subject to hear audible sounds by transmitting electrical (inaudible) waves at face.
• Psychologically/physically incapacitates subject via the remote application of pulsed light.
• Monitoring system comprised of microprocessors installed in vehicles, personal property and homes to continually monitor and determine undesirable behavior in targeted individuals. Monitors occupant position in vehicles via ultrasonic/microwave sensor.
• Target‐tracking system for use with hand‐held directed energy weapons.
• Dream alteration.
• Controls human brainwaves by superimposing waves onto audio wave signals.

Optogenetics

Another noteworthy technology for mind control is optogenetics, which involves genetically altering neurons so that they are sensitive to light, allowing the control of neurons via light. Optogenetics appears to be able to control a great many aspects of brain activity, as listed below:

Shut Down Brain Activity

“Using this opsin, the researchers were able to shut down neuronal activity in the mouse brain with a light source outside the animal’s head.” (Noninvasive brain control)

Locomotion

“Shining blue light on brainstems or spinal cords isolated from these mice produces walking-like motor activity.” (Blue light can activate walking behavior in genetically modified mice)

“The footfall pattern was similar during spontaneous and optogenetic-evoked locomotion… Mice made to walk at increasing speeds imposed by increasing CnF stimulation were able to maintain successful braking and turning…” (Freely Behaving Mice Can Brake and Turn During Optogenetic Stimulation of the Mesencephalic Locomotor Region)

Increasing Fear

“Based on previous work and the work of others, when mice with tagged Shock-ChR2+ cells undergo optogenetic stimulation of these fear-related neuronal ensembles, they display light-induced freezing behavior.”

Reducing Fear

As you can see in this study, Optogenetics can also be used to decrease fear and “unlearn” memories:

“Similar to tone-induced extinction, mice showed decreased freezing to optogenetic stimulation of the lateral amygdala engram in the ‘extinction training’ session. Moreover, ‘opto-extinguished’ mice showed decreased freezing to the tone when subsequently tested for retrieval of the extinction training in the same context…”

“Extinction has been characterized as new learning that inhibits the original memory or a phenomenon in which the original memory is “unlearned”. Increasing Hunger

Decreasing Hunger

“When the neurons were activated, the mice completely stopped feeding, even when they were known to be hungry. Silencing them had the opposite effect: the mice began to eat — and eat and eat and eat, wolfing down nearly 1200% more food than they normally would in a short period of time.”

“Stimulating them reduces food intake and puts a halt to the chewing motions, acting as an effective curb against hunger.” (The decision to eat may come down to these three neurons)

Controlling Communication

For context, USV stands for ultrasonic vocalization, and so this study is saying that optogenetics can prompt or inhibit communication among mice.

Brain Chips

Self-Assembling Implantable Chips

MIT researchers developing injectable chip for brain disorders – “In a study with lab mice, the team found that the chips … can indeed identify and migrate to a specific brain region without human guidance…. ‘Our tiny electronic devices seamlessly integrate with the neurons and co-live and co-exist with the brain cells creating a unique brain-computer symbiosis,’ said senior researcher Deblina Sarkar… The tiny chips are integrated with living biological cells before they are injected, which protects them from a person’s immune system”

New Gates-Funded Microneedle Patch Implant Installs Both mRNA and Quantum Dot Markings Into the Body – microscopic needles on a patch dissolve into your skin, delivering nano-technology without leaving any visual changes to your body. This is used to store information about a person, such as their ID and vaccination status, and also sort of changes their genes via MRNA.

Gates-Funded Self-Assembling Microcrystal Implants Mark a New Phase in Population Control – Once injected, the microcrystals self-assemble into a mechanism which delivers sterilizing drugs.

Self-assembling nanoparticle engineered from the ferritinophagy complex as a rabies virus vaccine candidate

Both the Pfizer and Moderna covid vaccine used a self-assembling mechanism to deliver the RNA – “Self-assembly, a spontaneous organization of individual molecules, allows for design of nanoparticles with customizable properties.”

Mission Genesis

As one can see in Mission Genesis, the US government is heavily investing into AI and data centers with great urgency. I think this all ties into the ultimate goal of using AI to control people’s minds. Here are some quotes from whitehouse.gov on mission genesis:

The Genesis Mission will dramatically accelerate scientific discovery, strengthen national security, secure energy dominance, enhance workforce productivity, and multiply the return on taxpayer investment into research and development, thereby furthering America’s technological dominance and global strategic leadership.

…(ii)   AI modeling and analysis frameworks, including AI agents to explore design spaces, evaluate experimental outcomes, and automate workflows;

…(e)  Within 240 days of the date of this order, the Secretary shall review capabilities across the DOE national laboratories and other participating Federal research facilities for robotic laboratories and production facilities with the ability to engage in AI-directed experimentation and manufacturing, including automated and AI-augmented workflows and the related technical and operational standards needed.

Data Centers

The mobilization to create the beast system AI infrastructure can also be seen in the rise of datacenters in the US:

“Nokia’s CEO said that by 2030 ‘smartphones will be implanted directly into our bodies” as soon as 6G becomes fully operational” (Trump Signed a Directive to Accelerate 6G Deployment to Operate “Implantable Technologies”)

At the moment, 6% of the total electrical capacity of the US goes to data centers; in the UK this number is 5.8%, and Germany spends 9.5% of its power on data centers (source). By 2030, it is said that the US could be spending 9-17% of its power on data centers (source).

According to Cleanview, there are 1,214 operating data centers, and 1,714 planned data centers.

Conclusions

It is my belief that the AI infrastructures, brain chips, and mind control devices will all be integrated together in the beast system. Satan hopes to be able to control everything in the world – even the deepest thoughts of our minds – but this will all be wrapped up prettily as “progress” and “prosperity”.

Instead of relying on creepy AI brain chips, let us look to God in all things and for all things. And please, please don’t take the mark of the beast – no matter what benefits are promised to accompany it. Our bodies were given to us by God. Transhumanism – the art of altering our bodies and brains – transforms us into not entirely being the creations of God anymore, thus delivering us further into the power of the enemy. We are already good enough and don’t need to be changed, so please don’t listen to the flattering deceits of the enemy. The end goal of these evil technologies is total control of people’s thoughts and innermost desires, and to voluntarily allow this to happen to yourself is bad for your soul.
