In this essay I will discuss some of the deceptions I have seen people fall under.

Satan Controls this World

Before I get to the deceptions, I just want to prepare the reader for the idea that many conventional views in the world are in fact wrong.

According to the scriptures, the world is evil. Therefore, we shouldn’t accept things just because they are popular or reject them because they are unpopular. Moreover, we should definitely not hold “faith” that authority tells the truth or is right.

• Satan is the God of this world (2 Corinthians 4:4, John 12:31,  John 14:30)
• The world is evil (1 John 2:15–17, James 4:4)
• wisdom of world is foolishness, and wise are wrong (1 Corinthians 3:19-20, 2 Nephi 9:28–29)
• Do not trust in that which is popular (Luke 6:26, Exodus 23:2, Romans 12:2, Galatians 1:10)
• Wide way is the way to destruction and narrow to salvation (Matthew 7:13-14, 3 Nephi 14:13-14, Luke 13:23-24)
• The world scorns that which is true (1 Nephi 8:27–28, John 15:18-19)
• People will put good for evil and evil for good (Isaiah 5:20-21, 2 Nephi 28)

Similarly, we learn that in the last days, men will call evil good and good evil:
Isaiah 5:20-21
20 ¶ Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!
21 Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight!
Isaiah 29:21
21 That make a man an offender for a word, and lay a snare for him that reproveth in the gate, and turn aside the just for a thing of nought.
2 Nephi 28:16
Wo unto them that turn aside the just for a thing of naught and revile against that which is good, and say that it is of no worth!

These scriptures (in my view) particularly apply to LGBT lol.

Finally, from the scriptures we learn that in the last days there will be much deceit and secret combinations:

Ether 8:18–26
22 And whatsoever nation shall uphold such secret combinations, to get power and gain, until they shall spread over the nation, behold, they shall be destroyed; for the Lord will not suffer that the blood of his saints, which shall be shed by them, shall always cry unto him from the ground for vengeance upon them and yet he avenge them not.
23 Wherefore, O ye Gentiles, it is wisdom in God that these things should be shown unto you, that thereby ye may repent of your sins, and suffer not that these murderous combinations shall get above you, which are built up to get power and gain—and the work, yea, even the work of destruction come upon you, yea, even the sword of the justice of the Eternal God shall fall upon you, to your overthrow and destruction if ye shall suffer these things to be.
24 Wherefore, the Lord commandeth you, when ye shall see these things come among you that ye shall awake to a sense of your awful situation, because of this secret combination which shall be among you; or wo be unto it, because of the blood of them who have been slain; for they cry from the dust for vengeance upon it, and also upon those who built it up.
25 For it cometh to pass that whoso buildeth it up seeketh to overthrow the freedom of all lands, nations, and countries; and it bringeth to pass the destruction of all people, for it is built up by the devil, who is the father of all lies; even that same liar who beguiled our first parents, yea, even that same liar who hath caused man to commit murder from the beginning; who hath hardened the hearts of men that they have murdered the prophets, and stoned them, and cast them out from the beginning.

Mormon 8:27
And it (the Book of Mormon) shall come in a day when the blood of saints shall cry unto the Lord, because of secret combinations and the works of darkness.

In conclusion, 1) don’t trust ideas because they are popular; 2) don’t hate ideas because they are unpopular; 3) don’t expect experts to tell the truth; 4) expect the world to put evil for good and good for evil; 5) expect secret combinations controlling governments and institutions to spread lies.

Politics

Unfortunately, this essay wouldn’t be complete without going into politics. In my view there are a few political movements that are clearly wrong, and I expect the beast system to be associated with them.

According to the scriptures, those who accept gospel truths receive more, while those who reject them lose even the last shreds of truth which they had (Matthew 13:12, Mark 4:24–25, 2 Nephi 28:30, Alma 12:9–11). Therefore, I fear rejecting true ideas as evil (because of bias from a false ideological lens) could lead to an even greater loss of truth – thus the necessity of uncovering a few political movements that are evil. This scripture hints at which political side is evil:
Moroni 7:14–18
14 Wherefore, take heed, my beloved brethren, that ye do not judge that which is evil to be of God, or that which is good and of God to be of the devil.
15 For behold, my brethren, it is given unto you to judge, that ye may know good from evil; and the way to judge is as plain, that ye may know with a perfect knowledge, as the daylight is from the dark night.
16 For behold, the Spirit of Christ is given to every man, that he may know good from evil; wherefore, I show unto you the way to judge; for every thing which inviteth to do good, and to persuade to believe in Christ, is sent forth by the power and gift of Christ; wherefore ye may know with a perfect knowledge it is of God.
17 But whatsoever thing persuadeth men to do evil, and believe not in Christ, and deny him, and serve not God, then ye may know with a perfect knowledge it is of the devil; for after this manner doth the devil work, for he persuadeth no man to do good, no, not one; neither do his angels; neither do they who subject themselves unto him.
18 And now, my brethren, seeing that ye know the light by which ye may judge, which light is the light of Christ, see that ye do not judge wrongfully; for with that same judgment which ye judge ye shall also be judged.
19 Wherefore, I beseech of you, brethren, that ye should search diligently in the light of Christ that ye may know good from evil; and if ye will lay hold upon every good thing, and condemn it not, ye certainly will be a child of Christ.

So let’s start off with discussing a few political issues directly related to scripture.

Veganism

Many claim that to abstain from eating meat is morally good (particularly on the left). However, the scriptures directly contradict this:
Genesis 9:3
Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things.
1 Timothy 4:1-4
1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;
2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;
3 Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.
4 For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving:
D&C 49:18
And whoso forbiddeth to abstain from meats, that man should not eat the same, is not ordained of God;

So yeah, do not trust people saying you should only eat plants. Additional Scriptures: Romans 14:2-3, Luke 24:41-43, Deuteronomy 12:20

LGBT

The scriptures are very clear about LGBT – we are commanded not to have sex with our own gender, or with animals, or actually with anyone who is not our wife (Leviticus 18:22-25, Romans 1:26–27, 1 Corinthians 6:9–10, 1 Timothy 1:9–10, Jude 1:7).

A few other things that creep me out about LGBT are:

• Insistence Christians must be forced to assist in their weddings (source 1, source 2).
• Insistence on using women’s bathrooms (see 5 times ‘Transgender’ men abused women and children in bathrooms)
• Insistence on using women’s prisons (see transgender rapist sent to all-female jail where he proceeds to sexually abuse prisoners)
• Transgender individuals in women’s sports (see Female volleyball player, 17, left paralyzed with brain damage by transgender opponent who ‘cackled with delight’ after knocking her to ground)
• Transgender men included in all female housing (see Canadian Transgender male, who was being housed in a Women’s Refuge Shelter for rape and domestic violence victims, arrested after sexually assaulting a woman in the shelter)
• Horrifying looking drag queens marketed for kids (many examples)

If a movement or person advocates for “celebrating” LGBT people, that is a clear sign that they are not from God and should not be trusted. Of course, if I were to say this to most people my age, I would be ostracized. The world despises those who call us higher into righteousness:
Helaman 13:26–27
26 Behold ye are worse than they; for as the Lord liveth, if a prophet come among you and declareth unto you the word of the Lord, which testifieth of your sins and iniquities, ye are angry with him, and cast him out and seek all manner of ways to destroy him; yea, you will say that he is a false prophet, and that he is a sinner, and of the devil, because he testifieth that your deeds are evil.
27 But behold, if a man shall come among you and shall say: Do this, and there is no iniquity; do that and ye shall not suffer; yea, he will say: Walk after the pride of your own hearts; yea, walk after the pride of your eyes, and do whatsoever your heart desireth—and if a man shall come among you and say this, ye will receive him, and say that he is a prophet.
Amos 5:13
Therefore the prudent shall keep silence in that time; for it is an evil time.
Another similar scripture: 1 Nephi 16:1–2

And finally, I would like to note Romans 1:26–27, which describes the lgbt matter much better than I can.

21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,

24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:
25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.

So, here we learn that homosexuality is not an innate tendency but rather is a consequence of our actions. To go into science: some evidence suggests that water pollution could lead to homosexuality – implying that homosexuality is not innate but rather caused by the environment. To venture into conspiracy land, there is evidence that homosexual behaviors are actually due to sexually transmitted parasites trying to get their hosts to have sex with more people (example Parasite Pill Version 2.0.pdf, though ignore all the antisemitism at the end). Meaning, if you live a promiscuous life, it is likely you will get some sort of parasite that alters your sexuality.

Also the homosexual lifestyle is just not healthy:

• 12.7% of men who engaged in receptive anal intercourse at least once a week lose ability to control bowl movements.
• Gay people account for 75% of cases of Syphilis, 70% of AIDS cases, and 62% of HIV-negative “gay” men tested positive for HPV.
• 67.5% of gay men but only 16% of 100 straight men were found to be infected with intestinal parasites. Entamoeba histolytica was isolated from 27% of the homosexual and 1% of the heterosexual men.
• 40-50% gay couples have open relationships
• Only 10% of gay adults are married, compared approximately half for the general population.
• The life expectancy of gay people is 20 years shorter than average. Compare that to how actively religious people have 10 years longer life expectancy as explained in Statistics for Atheists.

Abortion

The sincere scripture reader can only conclude that abortion in most cases is wrong. For starters, we were created before we were born (Psalm 139:13–16, Jeremiah 1:5, Job 31:15), therefore unborn children are indeed alive. Moreover, children are cognizant and can act even while in the womb (Luke 1:41–44). And finally, in the scriptures, men are punished if they kill unborn children by striking pregnant women (Exodus 21:22–23) – meaning the life of an unborn child has value. But of course, Satan enjoys it when we kill our own children, hence the great number of scriptures warning us to not sacrifice children (Leviticus 18:21, Leviticus 20:2–5, Deuteronomy 12:31, Deuteronomy 18:10, Jeremiah 7:31, Jeremiah 19:5, Ezekiel 16:20–21).

What is especially disturbing to me is the celebration of abortion seen in modern culture (for example: abortion appreciation day apparently is a holiday, and democrats wear ceremonial white clothing for abortion). These stories also disturb me: Silently praying outside abortion clinics illegal in UK and to stop pro life people, any images of unborn mammals must be enclosed in an envelope with a warning label in Canadian city.

Also worth noting this story:
The Abortion Distortion Campaign – Democrats falsely claim their opponents favor a national ban or no exceptions for rape / incest / safety.

In conclusion, if a movement glorifies the death of unborns (with exceptions like rape, incest, safety, etc.), they are not from God.

Global Warming

Sadly, many hold fighting global warming as a central point in their personal ethics. They see themselves as being “good” because they vote for global warming obsessed politicians, and view others as “bad” who disagree.

Of course, this immediately is at odds with Christianity because, A) to truly help the world involves personal sacrifice, not just voting on how to spend other people’s money, B) we believe God controls the climate (the great flood – Genesis 7:10–12; stopping rain – 1 Kings 17:1; bringing rain – 1 Kings 18:41-45; bringing storms – 1 Samuel 12:17–18 and Exodus 9:23–24; calming storms – Mark 4:39–41; the climate dependent on righteousness – Deuteronomy 11:14–17 and Amos 4:7) and moreover we believe God controls the elements (stopping the Jordan river – Joshua 3:16–17 and 2 Kings 2:8; dividing the red sea – Exodus 14:21–22; walking on water – Matthew 14:25; turning water to wine – John 2:7–9; bringing fire – 1 Kings 18:38; stopping the sun – Joshua 10:12–14). So, God is in control of the Climate, not man, and the way we can improve the climate is by obeying the commandments.

However, more to the point, there is abundant evidence that human caused global warming is simply not true. The below links should prove that. Sadly, I cannot even post them on most internet forums because the links are auto banned. The core of global warming ideology is not science but rather getting social media platforms to ban links to opposing ideas so that they can get away with unlimited lying. I only found these links by searching on Yandex, which doesn’t shadow ban these links unlike the google search engine. Likely I am sabotaging this internet domain by even posting these links here LOL.

• Radiation reflected back from greenhouse gasses has not increased, it has declined. This actually conclusively proves global warming is false.
• tree ring data showing past temperatures was lower is very not reliable, perhaps because the additional co2 nowadays makes trees grow faster, and 18 other measures show past temperatures were much warmer.
• There is a vast amounts of deliberate lying about the past temperature record
• There is a vast amounts of deliberate lying about the modern temperature record
• alaskan glaciers were already receding in the 1800s
• Antartic ice increasing
• 160 papers show co2 has negligible effect
• Oceans absorb 30% of our emissions, if left alone all of our emissions will go into the oceans, especially since the ocean already contains 60 times more carbon dioxide than the atmosphere.
• The Southeastern United States Has Been Cooling For The Last 120 Years
• Ice sheets growing, not shrinking, in antarctica (source 1, source 2, source 3).
• Professor loses job after she caused offense by showing that polar bears are thriving, not dying
• Deliberate lying to look like sea level is rising (second source)
• Satellite study shows the land area is actually increasing (meaning oceans are not rising).
• independent study shows sea level not rising
• A long list of apocalyptic climate predictions that never came true

Conspiracies

Truth is, I care far more about conspiracy theories than race or global warming. Discussing racial differences and global warming is honestly pretty boring and painful.

Conspiracies are much more interesting to research. For the truth seekers, I recommend researching the las vegas shooting, sandy hook shooting, disaster responses to various hurricanes and the Lahaina wildfire, CIA mind control, and of course all manner of false flags. Researching the mud flood, Tartaria, and the views of Isaac Newton regarding history would also be very interesting. UFOs and Antarctica are other topics.

However, I decided to talk about global warming and race because I think they are connected to people’s views on religion and therefore people’s eternal salvation. Fighting “racism” is a cornerstone belief of many people I know, and it influences their views on history and therefore religious institutions. Likewise, Global warming views eventually lead to planet worship and new age beliefs. Yes, Earth matters, but it is not our God, and it will eventually pass away (Revelation 21:1, D&C 29:23, Ether 13:9). Conversely, conspiracy theories have a much lower relationship to religion and eternal salvation. Nevertheless, I did write this compilation of links: 2020 Election Fraud.

Vaccines

I prove that covid vaccines are dangerous in this essay: Dangers of Covid Vaccines, and I discuss vaccines more in Why the Mormon church might be deceived part 1 politics. Here is a quote from that essay:

“My belief is that the covid vaccine will be a precursor to the mark of the beast.

Firstly (in my view), it is likely that the mark of the beast will change our DNA. That could be why it prevents prevent people from being saved: they will no longer be true humans after taking it and will therefore not be entitled to the same promises as the rest of God’s children; moreover this genetic alteration likely will give Satan control over these people. Additionally, I believe that the transfiguration of humanity at the start of the millennium could be caused by “junk” DNA, therefore the mark of the beast may destroy this DNA therefore preventing transfiguration from ever occurring. So, just like the mark of the beast will change our DNA, so did the covid vaccine.

Secondly, just as we are told we will be pressured economically to take the mark of the beast, we similarly were pressured to take the vaccine: Many lost their jobs for not taking the vax, many were even denied healthcare because they didn’t take the vax, and much more.

Thirdly, taking the vaccine ended up being a social statement endorsing the system. Political leaders and celebrities (including Mormon leaders) often took pictures of themselves taking the vaccine and included statements in support of mainstream views of covid. Similarly, taking the mark of the beast will also be a social statement in support of the antichrist.

Finally, we were hugely lied to about the vaccine from “experts”. Likely, I imagine, there will be much deception regarding the mark of the beast. Experts will tell us that it is not the mark and will lie to us about what it does and what its effects are.”

Light of Christ

In this article, I have tried to use facts and statistics to uncover common deceptions. However, ultimately I believe the deceptions of the adversary will become so powerful that even statistics will fail us:
Matthew 24:24
For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

Therefore, to truly be protected from the deceptions of the adversary it is essential for us to gain the Light of Christ, which can guide us to know truth from falsehood. Here is a quote from Aligning our Hearts with God regarding the light of Christ:

“The scripture warns us not to trust what the world embraces (2 Nephi 9:28–29, Jeremiah 17:5-6, Romans 12:2, 1 John 2:15–17, James 4:4, 1 Corinthians 3:19-20). Instead, our morality should come from the light of Christ, which helps us judge good from evil (Moroni 7:16-19, Moroni 10:5, 2 Nephi 32:5), overcome deception and turn to the truth (Alma 19:6), and reveals all things according to prayer (D&C 84:46. Here are a few attributes that help us to identify the spirit.

• Leads us to do good (D&C 11:12–13, Moroni 7:13,Ether 4:11–12)
• Speaks in a piercing, still small voice (1 Kings 19:11–12, Helaman 5:30, 3 Nephi 11:3, D&C 85:6)
• Brings joy and peace (D&C 6:22–23, Mosiah 4:3, Galatians 5:22)
• Communicates to both the mind and the heart (D&C 8:2–3)
• Causes burning in bosom if true, otherwise leads to a stupor of thought (D&C 9:8, Luke 24:32)

However, we must be careful not to confuse the feelings of our own heart with the spirit, given that the heart is deceitful (Jeremiah 17:9, Proverbs 28:26, Ecclesiastes 9:3, Matthew 15:19). For me, discerning the difference can be difficult. However, we are promised that as we strive to follow the directives of the gospel, we will gain greater access to the holy spirit  (Acts 5:32, John 14:15-18, Mosiah 2:36, Helaman 4:24). Another tip in recognizing good from evil is the following principle: Satan teaches us that nothing is wrong (2 Nephi 28:22), other than to accuse others of doing that which is wrong (D&C 29:36, Amos 5:10, Isaiah 5:20-21, Helaman 7:22).”

Therefore, let us diligently study the scriptures, pray, and aim to be more Christlike, so that we may have more access to the Light of Christ.

Conclusion

My hope is that this can help someone avoid being deceived. Nevertheless, I must caution, Satan is pretty tricky. Being right about all these issues doesn’t guarantee that you are going to be “good”. Indeed, it appears that many world leaders who are both “religious” and “right wing” still are part of pedophile satanic cults. So, we should never let our guard down even to people who agree with us. Indeed, in these last days, we should be very skeptical of all institutions, public opinion, and even “experts”. Beware, search engines and big tech actively shadow ban the truth, so try to use alternatives like Yandex. Let us strive every day to live holy lives so that we can have the light of Christ to guide us out of the snares of the adversary. And let us hope Christ comes soon to bring us out of this dark world.
