Another day, another dream.
Personal Rant (not dream)
Hopefully someone out in the wide world will benefit from this, someday, somehow. For now I’m pretty alone though, no one cares about these dreams.
I met an atheist yesterday named Jack. It’s pretty easy for me to talk about religion because my name is “Brigham”, so people usually comment on my unusual name, and then I tell them about Brigham Young and Mormonism. Anyway, Jack was from the UK, and I made the mistake of saying it would be cool if the UK joined the US. This launched him into a (what seemed to me) deranged leftist rant, in which almost everything he said seemed to be literally not true, but his complaints against Trump seemed so frivolous (such as saying Trump is an idiot and failed businessman) that they weren’t worth debating. I mostly questioned Jack instead of arguing, expecting him to have a core policy difference with Trump that would explain the animosity; but I didn’t find any – his main motivation indeed was a personal dislike of Trump.
Deciding Jack was a lost hope politically wise I tried to stop talking to him, but then he feigned interest in my religion. I explained the basics of Mormonism, and then that is where the real argument started: it appears Jack didn’t actually have much interest in religion, but just wanted to argue and prove religion sucks, and that this was not the first time he’d had such an argument. Well anyway, I struck him with the facts in Statistics for Atheists, and he didn’t really have a response beyond strange antics – like getting offended that we would dare try to baptize him for the dead, saying studies conducted in America don’t apply to the UK, trying to get me to say the f word, complaining I hadn’t traveled the world as much as he had, or (strangest of all), saying that the atheist lifestyle is so much better that it is worth losing 10 years of life expectancy over.
As I went through my article funnily enough he eventually seemed to accept that the numbers were on my side that religion is overwhelmingly associated with better life outcomes. In the end, I doubt I actually convinced him that my religion is true however, though I’m sure that I surprised him. Makes me want to improve that article.
Ultimately, I don’t feel mad at Jack – he is just another victim of this dark world. What’s particularly sad is this guy seemed like he could have been an “elect” – he was blonde, blue eyed, very handsome, and obviously fairly smart; if Jack decided to believe in God, no doubt he would be a much more capable servant of God than I. Anyway, the conversation/argument did boost my confidence, since I learned that at least a decently educated atheist really does have no response to the many facts advocating for religion. And I am very grateful that my family and circumstance lead me into a position of faith.
But here is a question: in the end times timeline, will Trump end up getting deceived by the enemy? This is my only dream of Trump – Trump and the rigged competition (Sep 19, 2024), which puts Trump in a positive light; however other people report dreams predicting that Trump may end up being deceived by the enemy, though there is variation…
The Dream
So throughout the night I had a bunch of short dream scenes and between each I woke up and wrote them down.
(Somehow) I dreamt that the end of the world is like a train that is leaving that we all need to board. It was emphasized how our boarding the train was far more important than anything else, and that we would need to leave stuff behind to board the train. Some elites knew about this and were terrified. Regarding the elites, I also somehow received the message that the elites are distracted by perverted sexuality which goes beyond simple orgies at parties to darker places.
This scene also involved my going on an airship and looking down (so obviously representing having a higher perspective probably on the future), and I remember that my warning particularly applied to Americans. Unfortunately, I don’t remember much from this scene, because I also dreamt of writing a message about this dream and in the disoriented state of waking up I thought I had already noted down this message. So yeah, I probably forgot a whole lot from this dream.
Ok, so I fell back asleep and received another scene: Jesus told his disciples that he came to man not as the world cometh, so that wicked things might be exposed in darkness – clearly relating to the atheist talking point asking why doesn’t God give us clearer proof of which religion is correct.
Another scene: Jesus was discussing how he was somehow expanding his ministry beyond what you would see in the typical map – referring I believe to the new ministry coming to the earth in the end days.
Another scene: Jesus was saying to a group that we need to accept our tools given to us in an imperfect world to forgive one another and uplift one another so that we can be raised up. So, a message to me telling me to man up and stop feeling sorry for myself.
Another scene: I saw a soldier explaining the gospel to people in his platoon but was still going it alone (I only have the notes here – this I think means no one in the platoon was fully converted, so the soldier remained alone in his faith).
Another scene: I saw a group of people going down a river (in a boat) trying to get like a parasail up in the air, because they were coming upon a waterfall and wanted to fly off it. So clearly the waterfall represents the coming destructions, and flying away represents being protected by God and brought to heaven.
Another scene: a newly wed wife has complete trust and gets locked inside of her bed by her husband; meaning she was somehow within the frame of the mattress, completely encasing her and immobilizing her. So, either 1) this represents how the bride of Christ will supernaturally be protected, but that will also somewhat immobilize her helping the world (as dreamt in mob; little girl turns into dragon; modern deception; camp of the saints), or 2) how the saints need to completely follow he commandments in order to be protected, or both.
And the final scene: I remembered myself reading the book The Paladin Prophecy at my Grandparents house as a kid, and I felt deep peace. Note: this was something I completely forgot, especially seeing I only read like the first chapter before forgetting the book. I was only able to even find the name by describing what I remembered from it to chat gpt. However, the book is fairly symbolic. The main character has a supernatural gift of endurance (making him good at running). He has a strict set of rules given to him by his father to not catch attention from others, since apparently he was in danger due to his gift. Anyway, forces of evil find him and chase him, but he escapes on foot with the help of his gift of endurance. Shortly later, he is called to this special boarding school full of similar supernaturally gifted children and becomes part of a group within called the Knights of Charlemagne. Their mission is to fight against demonic forces from an alternate dimension entering our world. The book is pretty Christian themed, mentioning angels and demons, including a discussion of how prayers are answered by God’s servants, and how his group is basically commissioned by God to complete their task.
So obviously there is a lot of symbolism to the present situation: likewise, Satan infiltrates our world from the dimension where his hosts reside. The knights of Charlemagne are like unto the 144,000 who will battle Satan – both having supernatural powers and callings. At the start, the main character is alone and is able to escape the power of the adversary first through following the rules from his father, and second through his supernatural gift of endurance. Likewise, though we the saints are mostly alone (for now), we are protected by 1) following the commandments from our father in heaven, and 2) from supernatural endurance and aide which God grants us.
