I dreamt about the catavehrla generation – which is my generation, gen z – that is sort of psychopathic and needs to take big risks to become financially prosperous so that it can stop being psychopathic. I also dreamt of how people become sort of psychotic because of their education and lack of clothing (for women). And I dreamt of a woman who was like this – in that she had these problems – but she realized it so was trying to stop being like this.

Discussion

I think this dream is generally discussing the zeitgeist of the younger generations, and in particular my generation – gen z.

We sadly are much more self-absorbed and obsessed with money than the older generations. We have allowed our standards of modesty, and chastity, and respect to our bodies to decline. And we have forgotten God and instead have chosen the world. This is all due to a great many factors, but as identified in the dream, economics, education, and fashion are among these factors.

Meaning of “Catavehrla Generation”

You, my dear reader, probably are wondering what “catavehrla” means, since it is not a real word. The first reply is: I don’t totally know, and I am simply trying to be true to what I can remember from the dream. When I first woke up, I wrote in my notes “dream about catavehrla generation – our generation – that is sort of psychopathic, and needs to take big risks to become financially prosperous to stop being so”, and so I have preserved the term “catavehrla generation” without changing its spelling in any way.

More interestingly, given word roots, I do believe that we can infer what catavehrla should mean. And the results are very interesting – I think this is somewhat a confirmation of the dream.

* The one thing this prompt missed was the fact that “la” usually indicates that a word feminine, which if you speak any romance languages you will know is true.

So, with the understanding of what “Catavehrla” means per its roots, I think it’s reasonable to say that “Catavehrla Generation” means:

Female generation that is carried downward away from and against truth.

Which perfectly aligns with the message of the dream, which is crazy because I wasn’t the one who decided what Catavehrla means, rather ChatGPT did!

And to note the obvious, this generation is female because – one, we are the generation where women have the most power, and two, the message of this dream regarding modesty was specifically directed towards women in my generation.

As the following statistics show, it does appear that the younger generations are much more self-absorbed and apart from God than the older generations.
