August 12!!!

(Bunchberry)

I dreamt of viewing a website that listed the astrological events to occur on August 12th (2026). There were five events listed, and under each event one could see how often one would expect that event and the events above it (but not below it) to occur on the same day.

The first three events were of course the solar eclipse, Perseid meteor shower, and 6-planet alignment. From the mathematics, I remember the chances of a solar eclipse and meteor shower happening on the same day as being around once in every five hundred years (per my research this number is closer to once every 150 years, so perhaps I misremembered this). However, when you add the star alignment into the calculation, the chance of all three of these events being on the same day increases to once every hundred thousand years.

Following these first three events, the list then had two additional events, of which both had many seemingly random letters in their names – so I don’t know what they are. When adding these two events into the calculation, the chance of all five events occurring at the same time becomes unfathomably low – once in millions of years or maybe even once in hundreds of millions of years. The chances were so low that the website author confessed he did not even want to think about how unlikely it was and he only listed the events because this was part of his site.

Discussion

This dream confirms that the three days of darkness will occur on August 12th.

And to emphasize, solar eclipses, meteor showers, and planet alignments are the main three categories of astrological events that even can occur at the same time – with other events, such as lunar eclipses, being impossible during solar eclipses. I imagine it will be very amazing to view this eclipse in Europe, since when the sky goes dark during the eclipse, people will then simultaneously also be able to see the meteor shower occurring.

For more information on this date and why it is special, see Only Europe Survives, the Moon, and August 12 (July 30, 26). In that essay I also explain how the physical location of the August 12th eclipse path is significant.

Finally, I will note that, yes, it is biblically sound to use astrological events as signs from God, as seen in these scriptures:

Genesis 1:14
14 ¶ And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:

Luke 21:25
25 ¶ And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;

Joel 2:30–31
30 And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke.
31 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the Lord come.

Matthew 2:2
2 Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him.

Psalm 19:1
1 The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork.

Revelation 6:12–13
12 And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;
13 And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.
