Competition and Few to be Saved

(Stokesia – Honeysong Purple Stoke’s Aster)

Competition

I dreamt that I had opted to join a selection event with a great many candidates, but not all of them would end up being selected.

I started off in a very long line of people outside, and a young woman further up in the line told me to turn off something in my phone that altered my pictures. She also told me to pose, and I thought I should be taking a picture of myself, but instead, the organizers took photos of us after telling us how to position ourselves. I remember one pose was that of pretending to hold a hammer, and then we moved into the next section along these outdoor rapid moving walkways all whilst having further photos taken of us.

My brother was with me at the beginning when we stood in line, but when we proceeded to the next section I lost him. Now, there were huge crowds of us milling about in a paved garden area, and an announcer asked us which country in the world was probably the most tired of sending out soldiers. Some people joked and I added to the jokes that probably the Muslim terrorists were the most tired, and then the announcer made fun of me for this view and explained – quite persuasively – that America was this country.

I was convinced, so I joined this group of people with America signs and wrote America on my own sign given to me, and there were other groups with their own country signs. We also had a general area to go to next to a circular wall around something in the center of the pavilion (it might have been around a fountain), and other groups of people rallied around their own countries. I remember there were some Canada supporters in our group, who we decided to let be in the broader America group. There also were Hispanic people who were mad at us for saying that the United States is America – and they seemingly supported their own countries in Latin America – and these Hispanics were *not* part of our group.

As we were milling about, I met this girl I had known on my mission (as a missionary in real life) and some other girl, and I felt a pinch in my skin. These two told me that the pinch meant we were related, and they said they kept meeting people who were related. This first girl and I then stayed together for the next part of the selection:

We were now in this beautiful green park, with green grass sloping up to mountains all around us. Easter eggs were everywhere across the ground, and we thought part of the task was to collect the candy therein. The girl and I then summitted one of the grassy slopes to see the area we had came from behind it, and we started surveying the valley looking for where we were supposed to go next. The valley was full of multitudes of people, and I heard from afar various people circling back saying that there was no exit and nowhere to go. Nevertheless, we saw a general movement of the people in one direction in the valley so started off in this direction. On this ridge, we also found a lot of easter eggs that were not empty, but we didn’t stop to collect them.

Eventually we did find the exit: it was this set of futuristic elevators with an old man in front who let people in. The old man asked how many candies I had, and I said around 20, not knowing if he meant eaten or had in my pockets – I had a lot of candy stuffed in my pockets. However, after entering the elevator, this light on the wall next to me flashed red, and the old man said I had to leave – the light had detected that I had candy in my pockets, which was not allowed. Thus, the girl left without me in the elevator, but the old man encouraged me that if I got rid of the candy in my pockets I could take the next elevator.

I then heard an announcer say that the last elevator was leaving in 15 seconds. I wildly pulled all the candy out of my pockets – wishing I had time to eat them or something – and entered the apparently last elevator. As the elevator started up, I noticed the light by me was blinking red. It however wasn’t a solid red, as before, and then it turned green, and I was allowed to escape through this elevator. This elevator appeared to only have 3 or 4 people in it besides myself, when it was a quite large elevator – basically the size of a normal room – and could have easily fit 10 times more people.

Discussion

While this dream is a little odd, I think it is symbolic for how this life is a test and if we pass the test we enter heaven:

  • The futuristic elevators represent being taken to heaven.
  • The old man at the elevator entrance, and the lights in the elevator represent the final deciders of whether we can enter heaven or not.
  • The easter eggs represent sin and entertaining our own lustful desires. These candies distracted us from reaching our final destination, the elevators, and our thinking we were in the valley to collect this candy represents our carnal view that the only point in life is to enjoy ourselves. This also could represent how we cannot take our mortal possessions on earth up with us to heaven.
  • The many lost people in this valley represent lost souls who don’t know which spiritual path to take, as well as people who have lost faith in an afterlife.
  • Our holding up signs of which country we support represents how our political views actually do somewhat matter in whether we are saved, since they are emblematic of our capacity to determine truth from falsehood.
  • The relatives in the valley probably represent how certain groups of related people on average get closer to salvation than others.
  • The photographs probably represent our being tested on other attributes of ourselves – what we are like, what we do, etc. – and my disabling the thing on my phone altering my photos represents how in the end we will not be able to fake ourselves and pretend we are something that we are not.
  • The elevators ending their trips having hardly taken anyone up and leaving behind multitudes of people in the valley represents the closeness we are to the end of the world and how few will be saved when the end comes.
  • My taking the very last elevator and the lights next to me in the elevator blinking uncertainly red before turning green represents the precariousness of my own personal spiritual state – I cannot afford to entertain sin anymore, because otherwise I too might not be prepared to reach heaven when the end comes.

Haunted House

I dreamt of exploring this weird haunted house, which was enormous, and it seemed more as though I was in the basement or the attic. In the beginning, I was a robot, and I helped someone who I perceived to be my brother escape, at great personal cost however – leading my body to be destroyed and myself left behind by the train thing that I thought took my brother out.

The scene then changed to my being a person and not a robot, situated again in this weird haunted area, and I thought that this brother had also previously been with but now we were separated. I found this opening in the floor and came down into a house, where upon landing I realized where I was: a house I had learned about in a previous dream, which was very dangerous and sort of haunted, and the attic was the very worst part. In that previous dream, my brothers had also died, but since I had emerged from the attic, I knew my brother was probably a goner since he was still up in the attic.

I left the house and perceived myself to be probably on the coast of Louisiana, except it was very pretty, with rolling hills everywhere, beautiful deciduous tree forests, and towering coastal cliffs. I met a person who I perceived to be an angel, and they told me that I had made it to heaven. I asked about my brother, and they said that I had 11 brothers, and none of them had made it here, though one – called Adam – was allowed to see heaven so he could testify of it to others. This the angel could confirm by seeing the cloaks/hats of my brothers, which had previously been glowing, but then their light went out. I didn’t remember these brothers, and so the angel told me God must have taken away my memories. There also was this odd symbol at the end of the dream of 2 lamps and 2 astrological things, though I only remember one was a moon.

Discussion

I think this dream represents our mortal journey, with the haunted house representing our place on earth. My belief in the dream that the house was haunted therefore represents how the real risk for us mortals is not physical death, but rather spiritual death.

The scene outside of Louisiana reminds me of past dreams where Louisiana becomes more mountainous (Trump, a Plague, and “the Allies” and east coast tsunami, earthquakes, land splitting along the Mississippi, false flags, Pompeii), which I think literally will happen as earth transitions into the millennium.

Finally, the train leaving at the beginning of the dream probably symbolizes the rapture, and my being a broken robot represents the theoretical horrible transhuman transformation and mutilation of all the people on earth left behind. Or perhaps this scene represents something else.

Ageiou

I dreamt of a team taking the center of the ageiou board with what I think probably were the portal making pieces. There also was talk of one side taking over, and it was hoped it would use the portal-making pieces to do so. This side apparently was called the dragon side, which I am not sure is the side associated with light or darkness. Honestly, I am not sure what this dream means, if there even is a meaning, but I am documenting it because perhaps I will understand in the future, seeing I have had many other ageiou dreams which I do understand.
